Desperately seeking a cat tree

Guys, I have gotten bored with my old cat tree. My staff hasn't taken my opinion seriously so far. So I started inventing new options by myself. 

This new tree I tried isn't that good though, it's a bit too skinny. I'm having difficulties to sharpen my claws on it. Luckily I can also scratch the walls, I have finally found a piece of wallpaper that is perfect for that purpose. 

So, I guess I'm covered after all!

Wordless Wednesday: Carlos was here part 2

Just writing stuff...

I thought I'd give my secretary a day off and write this post myself.

 

 

This stupid computer didn't even let me access it, I have no idea what the password would be!

 

Also, the kitten paws aren't exactly designed for using the keyboard.

 

I had to give up and ask the secretary to help out.

 

Well, a boss shouldn't try to do the stuff their workers are supposed to do, that is just how it is.

Paw in hand

Me and my secretary made peace, and we even had a nice cuddly time on the sofa in the evening. Things and schedules are back to normal, and I have been given some very nice nip. There's nothing a decent nip couldn't fix I think.

P.S. The secretary does have other clothes too, it's just that this stripey shirt is her old favourite home-shirt she usually puts on as soon as she gets settled at home in the evening :-)

Back of disrespect

I had to show my staff the back of disrespect today, since they neglected me so badly yesterday. They were in the wedding ceremony and party almost the whole day! My dinner consisted of stupid dry food that had been poured into the bowl already in the morning. So it wasn't exactly fresh anymore in the evening! 

I even accidentally let them sleep late this morning. Due to their very late arrival yesterday, I also stayed awake late guarding the empty house. You can only imagine how exhausted I was because of this, so I accidentally slept through my usual wake up routine! Well, tomorrow is a new day and I won't be missing my duties then!

New ways to wake up my staff

Friends, it has gone two days now without the aquarium, and two mornings have passed with new methods of waking up my staff. I thought I'd share them with you, for inspiration. All these things happen usually around 5-6 am.

1. I have a ceramic water bowl, that I rarely use. Even though, my staff fill it up for me. It makes a nice thumping sound when I push the other side of the bowl with my paw. I used to do this often when I came into this house, but since then I have forgotten how much fun it was. It is also a sure way to get the staff moving, I think they are afraid that the water from the bowl would spread around their precious laminate floor. So, this is what I did the first morning, and it worked.

2. Because the staff changed the place of the water bowl, I couldn't use the above mentioned trick again. The second morning without the aquarium I had various things on my mind. First I started chewing the strap of the handbag of the secretary. Funny thing is, that she could easily hear it through her sleep when I was doing it two meters next to her. Allthough she got up, she went to bed again, so I had to do somehting else too. I noticed a phone on the hall table, and I started chewing it too. She was able to hear that too through her sleep. Allthough she tried to hide all possible phones under her night stand, I found them easily and dropped them on the floor. After all this trouble, I think she finally got the message. Let's see what I can come up with tomorrow...

Since the secretary is too busy today for taking pictures, I'll give you an old one from me.
