Friday baby!!

It's Friday!!! Not a minute too soon!!!  We are just chillaxing our tails off here!!!  Hope you are too!!! Have a GREAT weekend!!! Let's throw in some more exclamation marks here while we're at it!!!!!!

The only way is up!

It's still freezing here, so we like to lounge comfortably inside. The secretary put the first Christmas lights outside yesterday, so we are starting to get the Christmas spirit going. We hope it will be a white Christmas this year!

The white stuff

We had a snow storm last night, so the scenery has lightened up a bit. The bad thing was that the snow came with a vengange, meaning it was heavy an wind was blowing quite hard. Some of the woods and trees around here fell because of the snow and wind, and damaged some power lines. That means quite a lot of people are without electricity... Not nice when it's below zero outside.. We didn't suffer from that, but many who we know did. We hope the electricity gets prepared soon!

Anyhow, I was let out in the snow too!

It was fun! I could have spent even more time outside, but the secretary made a fuss about me freezing my toes off even though I wasn't. What a spoil sport.

Well, we guess the snow is here to stay at least until the weekend, so I hope to get to play around in it again soon!

Carlos vs fly part 2

The stupid fly didn't give in, it was still alive in the morning... I had to spend the whole night on the livingroom floor to be able to supervise the situation! Ok, so I dozed off for sometime, but still!!

Trust me, the fly IS there allthough you can't see it!

After this the fly escaped upstairs.

There it is on the wall. So close but still out of my reach... But I won't give up... I will catch it sooner or later...

You had such great ideas for my yesterday's post! The beam close to the ceiling would make a GREAT scratching post for me! With some sisal rope it would allow me to climb all the way to the ceiling! I have to get my humans to make these arrangements asap!

Carlos vs fly (new video!)

The weather has been funnily warm a couple of days, and it means that some dizzy flies have crawled from their holes and are bugging the freak out of me! There was one big fat fly on our ceiling today, and I started chasing it. I can't believe the humans didn't make any effort to kill it, I always have to do all the work around here!! The only thing my secretary was able to come up with was to make a video of my sad attempt to catch the darn fly...

Too bad the ceiling is a bit too high for me... But I won't give up... Sooner or later I will catch the stupid fly... There won't be any bugs alive inside this house, not on my shift...

Halloween hype continues...

So the kids were pretty hyped about the whole Halloween business. They thought it would be a good idea to dress me up too. I didn't agree, but when would they ask my opinion anyway... So here you see Halloweened Carlos the Devil.

Luckily the horns wore off quite fast, so I wasn't too traumatized.
