Back to reality

So that was it. This years summer holiday of the secretary. It was warm, sweet and very nice while it lasted, and we are going to miss it dearly. 

I guess I'll have to have some patience with my secretary and her nerves for a while now. I might even have to comfort and support her during this difficult transition time from holiday to work. I just can't have her breaking down suddenly, she's responsible of my feeding! I'm not that convinced that the big one would remember to feed me that regularly if the secretary would be out of order. Well, let's hope everything goes smoothly!

Laying low

I've been laying low today, due to the certain events lately... Well, my staff have been too busy anyhow going to waterpark with the kids and all. I guess I'll just mind my own business today, and hope they will soften up by tomorrow and take me out with them then.

Well, think again...Today I made it. I escaped my staff. Ok, it was only for 15 minutes but still.

 

As I have told you I have gained trust from my staff, since I have been hanging around the house very nicely when let out. Today the secretary put my leash on me and let me out without securing the leash anywhere. She went inside the house ONLY for like two minutes to get some laundry, and POOF I went missing.

 

She started looking for me everywhere and the kids were looking for me too. The secretary asked the closest neighbours if they've seen me. One of the neighbours said that some cats like to hide under their terrace. Well, it was right there a friend of the kids' then found me.

 

Oh boy, I was free for a while... It was sweet... But then I was found and I guess I won't be allowed out without a sturdy grip on my leash anymore...

Beyond my comprehension

I don't quite understand...

 

 

Last time this window was a way to outdoors and to the roof, but now I just can't reach it anymore.

 

It's like there would be something between me and the outside.

 

This is just too confusing...

Food!

Finally I got my paws into the grill!! The smell around it was just gorgeous allthough it wasn't on. 

I could now make any dish I like! I just need to figure out how to get it on. And then I need to find some meat or fish somewhere... Oh well, I guess I still need my staff for this too... But I surely know now where the place to be is!

Wild thing

You know, sometimes we cats just need to be able to blow off some steam. When we do that, things can get a bit rough and messy here and there. But after we're done, everything is fine again and we just take a nap.

Thunder and lightning

We had some thunder and rain today, and I didn't like it at all. 

Luckily I found a nice hiding place between the sheets and towels. I had a nice nap there too. 

I guess there will be some more thunders during this week, I hope the secretary keeps these sheets hanging for a while then!
